Spring has almost sprung and I had to get my favourite peach into play. I have trouble finding a peachy toned polish as my skin tends to clash with it, but this one by Barry M is my all time favourite.

I stamped using a red shade so that it appears slightly lighter when combined with the peach. You can see below that it actually looks very orange.

As we all know, Valentine's Day is around the corner and whether your valentines wild or not, you can count on every store around you to remind you of this very 'special' day. Anyone else feel like it's a little too hyped for what it should be?

Of course I think it's nice to take time out and make a little extra effort to spend the day with a loved one; whether it's family, friends or your other half but it could probably do without all the other added craziness; (minus flowers and chocolates of course, because we all know every girl wants those :))
The finished look with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash Top coat.
Two coats of LA Girl - Ballet and Maybelline - White Sail.
First I used a peel off liquid tape to create a heart shape and then using pink and red shades I created dots using a dotting tool around the shape.
I peeled off the tape to reveal the heart shape that was created with the dotted nail art effect.

Happy polishing until next time..
The weekend finally arrives and with it comes this horrible rain and wind :( Thunderstorm couldn't have been a better fit for this No7 shade and todays weather. I tend to stay away from green polishes (not sure why) but I love how this white to navy blue gradient combination looks against this sea green.

As February draws in, all I can think about is how we're just one month away from Spring (yay to Winter ending soon!) I couldn't resist an early pastel manicure and this gradient would definitely be perfect for the up coming Spring season.
