Here's a checkered jumper inspired look. I wanted to do something using festive colours so I chose red and green but I didn't want it to be cliche and look too christmassy which is why I picked the dark blue and black to even it out. This print works well with so many colours, and using silver really helps it stand out.
The finished look with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash - Top coat.
Two coats of Kiko - 334, Nails inc - Gatwick, OPI Nicole - Khloe had a little lam lam and La Colors - Black Velvet.
Stamped using Jumbo plate B and Barry M - Silver Foil.

Happy polishing until next time..
Green shades are one colour I lack in my collection as I am always least drawn to them over other shades, however when I came across this dark seaweed green, I was intrigued to try something different. Gold and green compliment each other very well and this look is very elegant but also perfect for an autumn to winter transition.
The finished look with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash Top coat.

Two coats of Kiko 347.
Stamped using LA Colors - Solar Gold and MoYou London Fashionista 07.
The gold leaf print looks very elegant against the darkness of the green.

You know the countdown to Christmas has officially begun when Winter Wonderland hits Hyde Park. If you've never been, I would highly recommend paying a visit this season (even if you are afraid of rides). There's plenty to see and do, lots of food, desserts, sweets and mulled wine! My favourite part is the Magical Ice Kingdom, it's incredible and probably the most value for your money, (not to mention absolutely freezing too!) If you like pretty sights, lights, and all things festive then this is the place to be this winter.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity involving the growing of moustaches and beards during the month of November. It aims to raise awareness of men's health issues such as, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity. So I thought in the spirit of the charity the least I can do is paint a moustache on my nails :)

The MoYou London Fashionista 07 is definitely one of my favourites out of my stamping plate collection and I'm slowly working my way through all the pretty designs. When I chose this print I didn't quite expect it to give a christmassy look however with this colour combination, it most certainly reminds me of snowflakes.
The finished look with Sally Hansen - Top coat.
Two coats of Nails inc - St Martins Lane ( I forgot to take a picture of this on it's own, sorry!).
Stamped using Kiko 329 and MoYou London Fashionista 07.

Lost for words. I'm showing my support with what I do best.
Gandhi once said "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind".

Paris among Beirut and Baghdad were all victims of terrorist attacks on Friday 13th November along with an earthquake that also hit Japan. Praying for all those innocent souls lost and the many more that are suffering.

Base colour: Two coats of Essie - Mademoiselle
Gradient created using Nails inc - Gatwick and Baker street and Barry M - Matt White. Stamped using MoYou London - Tourist plate 21.

Happy Diwali and a Prosperous New Year to everyone celebrating. Hope you all have a great festive time filled with lots of love, fun and food :) Here's a design that was inspired by the dress I wore for the occasion. You can see below that the printed design is actually gold, however when I tried stamping with gold it didn't show up as well as I imagined so I switched to silver.
The finished look.
Gradient created using Barry M Gelly Guava and NYC - May'd in Britain.

Remembrance Sunday (8th November 2015) is a day for the nation to remember and honour those who have sacrificed themselves to secure and protect our freedom.

The poppy marks the symbol of those fallen in the battlefields during WWI where the countryside was destroyed, bombed and blasted over where nothing grew. However thousands of bright red Flanders poppies flourished in the fields even among the destruction and mud.

The Royal British Legion formed in 1921, ordered 9 million of the poppies which were sold on 11th November and the 'Poppy Appeal' was established to help WWI veterans.
The finished look.
Two coats of Natural Collection - Red Robin and Maybelline - White Sail.
Poppy nail art created using a dotting tool.

November is here but let's not say bye to Autumn just yet. The scenery around London can be so beautiful when you take the time to look at your surroundings. Colourful fallen leaves everywhere make a pretty sight when they're not getting stuck to the bottom of your shoes. I've used a gradient inspired by the fiery leaves that you see covered on your pathways.
The finished look.
Base colour - Maybelline White Sail.
Stamped using MoYou London Fashionista 07, Nails Inc Matte Gatwick, NYC Spring Street and Maybelline Colour Show - Electric yellow.

London is covered in a blanket of mist and fog today and it's looking rather eerie and grey. This colour is perfect for those feeling the Monday blues or even Winter blues this morning.
The finished look with Sally Hansen - Top coat.
Two coats of Barry M - Grey.
Stamped using LA Colors - Black velvet and Cheeky plate 13. I tried to double stamp the print and it came out completely different on both nails but I think I got away with it :)

Happy polishing until next time..
