For someone who loves icecream, I can't believe I still haven't tried the new espresso and raspberry magnum flavours that hit the supermarkets this spring! They have been highly promoted in the UK with posters, banners, magazine covers and even transforming the buses. It definitely looks delicious and since I'm not a coffee fan, I can't wait to get my hands on the pink one and try it out.

Today's manicure is inspired by the layers within the pink raspberry magnum.

The finished look with top coat.
Two coats of Maybelline - Fuchsia. This layer represents the raspberry swirls within the ice cream.
I created a layer on top of the pink using Nails Inc - Richmond terrace, leaving a slight gap at the edges and cuticles. This represents the chocolate coating outside the ice cream layer.
Finally I added a third layer using LA Girl - Ballet to represent the outer pink shell of the magnum. It has a very slight shimmer to it just like the coated pink layer.
Finished off using Sally Hansen - Diamond flash top coat.

LA Girl - Ballet, Nails inc - Richmond terrace, Maybelline - Fuchsia, OPI Nail Envy - Base Coat and Sally Hansen - Top Coat,

Happy polishing until next time..
