Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a fab weekend!

Today's manicure is simple and quick since I should be using all my quality time for exam revision! :( I almost forgot I still had this shade, and if I remember correctly it was the first EVER Barry M polish I purchased! It's been forever since I used this colour so with the help of some nail polish thinner, I thought why not try it out again :) It's called Berry Ice cream and it's a pretty lilac colour. I stamped a flower print design on my accent nail just so I can get used to my new stamps and hopefully master them one day! Hope you like the look :)

A night time shot (with flash). It looks more lilac here whereas in the daytime it appears to show
a very slight hint of pink.

Hey lovelies! What a beautiful day it's been in London today! Hope you're all enjoying the sunshine :)

I've been dying to try out my new OPI shades and have also been wanting to re-try this mani for a while now, since the previous times I've attempted water marbling, it's always ended in a disaster! Usually I just give up after 3 nails when I can't get the design symmetrical, but this time I tried it differently. I decided to do 2 nails at a time to make it less time consuming and this way the design would be different on each nail...and I think I actually prefer it this way. YAY success at last!

It's really fun to do if you've never water marbled before, however it can get very messy and it takes time picking the right polishes that will spread across the water surface evenly (room temp is best). It's pretty time consuming too and you don't always get the result you hoped for but nevertheless, it's defo worth giving it a go!

I chose to stick with just 3 colours to keep it simple and used white as a base coat. The bubblebath by OPI is extremely subtle so it seems like I've only used 2 colours, but I used it to dull out the white, so that it gives a creamy pink tint instead (can only see it properly in real life). I added glitter to give it a pretty sparkle since it was quite a girly manicure, even though I'm not usually a pink person! Hope u like it...

Was really difficult trying to get good focus due to the glitter so here's one with and without flash.

Just one more day to get through before the weekend starts people..let's get polishing!
Today's mani is all about matte nails! I LOVE the general look and the smooth, classy finish it gives. This look is partly inspired by a fellow nail addict friend, ninanails. She is the only one I personally know, who has a bigger nail obsession than me (maybe I'll persuade her to do a blog too)! Anyway she always uses nail stamp plates and her nails are always on point so she inspired me to actually go buy some (follow her IG to check out her amazing designs). This is the first time I'm trying the nail plates properly so bear with me if they look a right mess! I can already tell that they're going to need some practice and getting used to. I went for a dark navy colour and used a small flower stamp on my accent nail. Here's the look...

Hey guys!..So here goes my first post! AHH! Hope u like it :)

So we've finally got rid of the snow and below freezing temperatures so I think it's safe to say it's officially spring (touchwood). I thought I would share one of my fave pastel colours for the season! It's called Peach Melba by Barry M and it's such a pretty bright colour.

The finished look - I added a little leopard print design along the side and corner of the accent nail (daytime shot)

After two coats.

What the colour looks like under flash (night time shot). The top coat slightly smudged the black outline but I quite like the imperfect look.

And you're all finished! :) I apologise for the not so great focus on these pics since I used my phone, but I'll defo try use a camera next time!
